Three new coronavirus cases discovered in Thailand

Thailand’s government said on Saturday that it had discovered three new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours.

Two of the cases were discovered among returning expats in state quarantine. One more was discovered in Phuket.

This brings the total number of cases to 3,040.

There were no new fatalities with the death toll still at 56.

Six more people have recovered from the virus bringing the total number of discharged patients to 2,916.
