Thailand discovers one new coronavirus case in state quarantine



Thailand’s government said on Friday that it had discovered one new coronavirus case, bringing the total number of cases nationwide to 3,102

The new patient is a 45-year-old male who had returned from Kuwait on 24 May and was in state quarantine, government spokesman Dr Thaweesin Visanuyothin said.

Three more patients have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of cases 2,971 patients discharged.

There were no new fatalities.
