Thailand’s government said on Thursday that it had discovered five new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours in state quarantine.
The patients in state quarantine were returning from Brazil (2), Iran (1), India (1) and The Philippines (1).
The new discovery brings the total number of cases up to 3,569 cases.
There are no new fatalities leaving the death toll at 59.
Five new patients have recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours. This means that the total number of discharged patients is at 3,379.
Currently, 131 people remain in hospital.
