To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, the Department of Transportation and SCG Chemicals have come up with a project to install protective screens on taxis around Bangkok.
The acrylic screens were installed to the first group of 100 taxis in Bangkok on Thursday. The project’s target is to install the screen in 3,000 taxis within October.
Taxis with a protective screen will have a sticker to indicate that they have it and a QR code system is being used to gather the response from passengers.
