Tourism Authority of Thailand plans ‘ROCK ON THE BEACH MUSIC FESTIVAL’

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) will hold a beach music festival in June 2022 in Phuket and Krabi which aims to boost Thai tourism and economy.

The “ROCK ON THE BEACH MUSIC FESTIVAL is expected to welcome 2,500 local and international tourists each day with a total of more than 15,000 people attending.

The event will be organised in 2 provinces, Phuket (17-19 June 2022) and Krabi (24-26 June 2022) with the Phuket event taking place at Dolphin Park, Patong. The beach concert will be performed by V Violette, Ink Waruntorn and THE PARKINSON with the special highlight of FLY BOARD, a fancy kite show.

The Krabi event will be from 24 – 26 June 2022 at 15.00 – 22.00 p.m. at Port Takola Yacht Marina and feature ETC., TWOPEE, Ben Chalatit with the special highlight of drone light show.

In addition, local performances such as Baba dance, Tarikipas dance, contemporary Thai Puppet show and contemporary Manora dance will also be performed in both areas.
